This makes 4 sandwiches and each sandwich is 5 points.
- 4 reduced calorie hamburger buns
- 13oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 4 sandwich size portions
- 1 cup BBQ Sause (I use Sticky Fingers Memphis Sweet)
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 6oz reduced fat Velveeta cheese
- Heat large pan over medium heat and add chicken to the pan.
- Cook chicken until browned on both sides.
- Add onions and cook for about 5 minutes stirring often.
- Add BBQ Sauce to the onion/chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook about 25 minutes.
- Slice velveeta and put on hamburger buns and put buns under the broiler in the oven.
