Cheesy BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

This makes 4 sandwiches and each sandwich is 5 points.

  • 4 reduced calorie hamburger buns
  • 13oz boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 4 sandwich size portions
  • 1 cup BBQ Sause (I use Sticky Fingers Memphis Sweet)
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 6oz reduced fat Velveeta cheese
  1. Heat large pan over medium heat and add chicken to the pan.
  2. Cook chicken until browned on both sides.
  3. Add onions and cook for about 5 minutes stirring often.
  4. Add BBQ Sauce to the onion/chicken mixture.
  5. Cover and cook about 25 minutes.
  6. Slice velveeta and put on hamburger buns and put buns under the broiler in the oven.
